Tara Cloud is a cloud infrastructure company providing GPU cloud and LLM services to enterprises and financial institutions. We maintain offices in Palo Alto, California, USA and Marunouchi, Tokyo, Japan. Our Tara Cloud-hosted GPU and open-weight LLM inference infrastructure is deployed in Japan; resold frontier models are served through the vendors' official APIs and may be processed outside Japan.

When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the information you choose to provide, including:

Service providers that process information on our behalf (for example, email delivery services) act under our instruction and are bound by confidentiality obligations; this does not constitute the provision of personal information to third parties under the APPI.

Tara Cloud operates offices in Japan and the United States. Information you submit through this website may be accessed and processed by personnel in either office for administrative purposes related to responding to your inquiry. Where personal information is handled across the Japan–US offices, we take appropriate measures to protect it in accordance with the APPI and applicable law. For regulated workloads, customer data remains in Japan in accordance with our service commitments.

This website uses Vercel Analytics to measure aggregate site usage. Vercel Analytics is cookieless: it does not set tracking cookies and does not collect personal information. Analytics data is used in aggregated form solely to improve this website.

Under the APPI, you have the right to request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of your personal information, and cessation of its use. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 11. We will respond within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure, in accordance with our security policies.
